A Family Affair
Hello there and welcome,
Hubert House is a family business, we have been here now for 5 years and year on year have endeavoured to develop, improve and expand upon the little Guesthouse we inherited in 2003. There have been ups and downs along the way but we finally feel we are getting somewhere close to the targets we set ourselves in the beginning.
Our goals are simple; we want to firstly ensure all our guests have an experience that is beyond comparison, hand finishing all our rooms to a standard that will deliver premium comfort and luxury but with a friendly and likeable atmosphere. Secondly, we go to great lengths to ensure all of our practises in the Guesthouse & Bistro including those of our suppliers are as environmentally sustainable as possible. Our efforts have not been unnoticed either, achieving recognition for our work along the way. This isn't what drives us however, our drive is from who we are and our genuine beliefs in hospitality and quality.
As a family we have all had extended experience in the industry, Jenni & Luke have both been to catering college, Jenni then working in numerous top hotels and at sea, Luke having worked away in France in an exclusive chateau and some top local venues more recently. Peter has worked at top London hotels in his younger years and Ryan has had Michelin experience and been a London restaurant manager.
