Dover and the surrounding areas combine to a quite fascinating place, full of history, industry and wonder. With its working dock, the ferry port to the continent, the cruise liners, beaches, glorious castle, the secret wartime tunnels, the walks, sleepy villages (and their pubs.... ;o)) and lest we forget the stunning White Cliffs.
