All breakfasts at Hubert House start with the buffet, from then you can choose from our menu of hot items and even choose to have breakfast in bed. There is even an option for guests with early starts to take a breakfast bag so you don't miss out on the most important meal of the day.
Standard Buffet - Tea/Coffee (Real coffee from 100% Arabica beans), fresh juices (award winning apple juice, orange & pomegranate), toast, freshly baked croissants & pastries, cereals, homemade muesli, fresh fruit, cereal bars and yoghurts.
Classic Continental - A plate of classic charcuterie cuts, cheeses with fresh bread and garnishes.
Hot Porridge - Freshly made porridge however you like it: salted, sugared, dried fruit and nuts, maple syrup or perhaps with a splash of Scottish Drambuie!!!
French Omelettes - Choose a three egg omelette that is plain, with ham or cheese. Or perhaps the classic Arnold Bennett made with the finest locally smoked haddock fillet and a creamy cheese sauce.
Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs - Three gently scrambled eggs topped off with thinly sliced locally smoked salmon, served with fresh, crisp toast.
The Full Monty - A classic Full English, two free range eggs how you like them, local Speldhurst sausage, sweet cure bacon, award winning black pudding, roast tomato and fried mushrooms.
