The Bistro restaurant is a new concept for Hubert House, bringing you the very best in locally sourced and seasonal produce. Just like the guesthouse we offer the best hospitality and we hope the bistro will be like stepping into your mothers kitchen, with just an added pinch of modern cooking & finesse to enhance your dining experience. Whether you want a quick business lunch or a relaxing evening with a loved one, we're sure your needs will be met. 

A menu made up largely of British recipes with just a few ideas from abroad to add some spice & style. The dinner menu regularly changes offering variety and great value. Look out for our Thursday Night special eveings we have planned including Pie Night and Tex/Mex Night. Not only that Sunday Lunch is sure to be a hit, with a delicious roast every sunday, a real homecooked roast with all the trimmings at a great price.

The bistro restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday - Sunday 12.30 until 4.30pm, and in the evenings from 5.30pm last orders by 9pm Wednesday until Saturday. The bistro is open for all our residents & non-residents alike. Diners eating between 5.30 and 6.30 in the evening will be able to eat three courses for just £13.95!!!! Now that's an Early Bird Special!!!

The bistro offers a relaxed, comfortable venue for friends and family. A local restaurant for local people as well as those who are holidayinmg and looking for something different.

A small but excellently sourced award winning drinks list adds the final flourish to what we hope will be an experience you'll want to come back to enjoy again and again. What could be better than a relaxing lunch, a cool crisp bottle of white and the sun on your face sitting in total comfort on our Georgian deck terrace.
